Regarding the term classes in Sherwood, there are 4 art terms in a calendar year (usually 10 weeks each); in line with Queensland Public School term dates. Students who pay for a term bring their own art supplies, unless it is a specific workshop where art materials are supplied. Regarding term payments; refunds are not available if a student decides to cancel their attendance. If a student has to defer their enrolment and sufficient notice is given before term begins, a student can apply for credit and use their term payment within 12 months of purchase. Students cannot transfer their enrolment to another person.
If you pay for the term and miss a class, students are allowed 'catch-up' classes in a term (during Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday class times in Sherwood). Unfortunately, refunds are not provided for missed lessons. Please text Kell (ph.0439 678 821), to check when your catch-up class dates are possible. All 'catch-up' classes have to occur within the ten week term and cannot be carried across to other terms. Creative Way cannot give refunds if a student cancels without sufficient notice. Sufficient notice occurs when Creative Way is contacted via email (info@creativeway.com.au) more than 7 days before a workshop or term enrolment. If more than 7 days notice is given, then a student can apply for credit to attend another class or workshop if there is available space. This credit must be used within 12 months and credit can only be issued once. Credit cannot be passed on to another friend or family member. Please note that if minimum enrollment numbers are not reached, a class or workshop may need to be cancelled. Participants will be notified via email or telephone and refunded accordingly.
