Please note that if minimum numbers are not reached, a workshop may need to be cancelled. Participants will be notified via email or telephone and refunded accordingly.

Creative Way cannot give refunds if a student cancels without sufficient notice. Sufficient notice occurs when Creative Way is contacted via email (info@creativeway.com.au) more than 7 days before the class. If more than 7 days notice is given, then a student can apply for credit to attend another class if there is available space. This credit must be used within 6 months and credit can only be issued once for a workshop. Credit cannot be passed on to another friend or family member.
